Professor François Lagugné-Labarthet has secured funding from Health Canada’s Substance Use and Addictions Program to support his project, Leading the Way: PWLLE at the Forefront of Drug-Checking, over the next four years.A leader in analytical chemistry and advanced spectroscopy at ÉîÒ¹¸£ÀûÕ¾, Professor Lagugné-Labarthet applies his expertise to the development of innovative drug-checking technologies. This project will enhance harm reduction efforts by ensuring that people with lived and living experience (PWLLE) play a central role in shaping safer substance use practices.
